Shipping Methods

1. Please do write down your real information with the correct name and shipping address, as well as the postal code and your phone number. Please pay attention that it must be completely supplied when you are ordering online. We will not be responsible for those unsuccessfully delivery caused by the incorrect customer shipment information.

2. It usually take us 1 to 2 business days to ship out the order to your given address after we confirm your payment, in the meanwhile, we will email a specific invoice to you with a tracking number which you could use for further online order tracking in 48 hours.

3. When the parcel arrives, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery receipt. If you think the parcel was damaged and there might be something missing during the delivery, you could refuse it and email us the details instantly, so that we can ask our courier for compensation, and we can consider shipping a new parcel or the missed parts to you.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation before payment
If you haven’t paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We review all these orders daily and cancel them for you

Withdrawing an order after Payment
If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you want to update your order with some modification, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the goods have already been delivered, we cannot cancel or change the order.


Out of stock item
If the items were out of stock after your order have made?
In the case that all the items were in stock when your order was confirmed, but went out of stock after your payment was confirmed, we will ship all the in stock items that you have ordered first. As regards the items that were out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives. You only need to pay one time for the delivery.

If the item was already out of stock, how to make the order?
If the item goes out of stock, then you can't add the item which you intend to purchase into your shopping cart, certainly it doesn’t mean that you have no chance to order it. You can easily click CONTACT US, then tell us which item you want.


Return & Refund Policy
All our products are covered by a 45 days return and refund policy. If you experience any problem with a product bought from HiWants.com, please contact our customer service team first and we will do our best to advise you.

If there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 45 days from the date the order was dispatched. We will accept a return and either repairs the item, replace the item with an identical new item, or replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept.

Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Any returns must be discussed with our customer service team in advance.

All returned products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement under the warranty, your shipping expenses returning the products to the our warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by us.

Any physical damage to a product on a product will automatically void its return and refund policy/warranty policy. For example, try to repair or modify components by yourself.

The turnaround time for most refunds and replacements is five to ten working days after we receive the product.
