Processing and Shipping
Packing and postage charges are counted based on your appointed address and the product weight. When you receive the parcel, please do remember to check before signing for the goods, we wouldn’t be responsible for any claims of missing or damaged goods after you confirm your receipt of the parcel.

Delivery
Your order will be processed immediately after your payment is confirmed and will be delivered within 24-72 hours. It is normally 3-10 working days (exclude Saturday and Sunday) for delivery and this relies on the courier you have chosen.

To ensure your orders being delivered safely and on time, HiWants.com would require the courier to accept the signature of the authorized receiver only. Please, dear customers, make sure that the authorized signature will be given at the appointed shipping destination. HiWants.com reserves the rights not to release the delivery if the authorized receiver is absent.

HiWants.com is trying our best to deliver our goods on time; however, slight delay might occur due to certain force majeure. HiWants.com will not be liable for any of your loss caused by the late delivery.
Replacement will be made according to your declared invoice amount only in the event those couriers lose your parcel during the shipping.

Sold goods are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Back-orders
In the event that your ordered item is out of stock, we will always email you the details, so that you could have the rough idea how much extra time to be taken for you to receive the parcel. You would have two options: you could either cancel your order or you could wait for us to prepare the goods and fulfill the order. EMAIL address is recommended to be filled when you place the order for this reason. Also please kindly notice that if you wait for the order, it will take longer time than the standard delivery schedule time.

Missing items
If you ever find item missing in your parcel, please report to us within 48 hours after you receive the parcel. We will not be able to accept any claim after 48 hours in this situation.

Tax and duty
Our competitive price doesn’t include tax and duty as different countries might have different policy on import. Please check your government policy carefully before you make a purchase. In the case of damaged package arrives the destination, please be aware that Courier would only cover the declared value in the invoice. We would not bear any losses which caused by changing the invoice value under you instruction.

Warranty Terms
All products include a warranty period unless otherwise stated on the web description. If applicable, the warranty period will be listed under the product specifications.

We only choose to stock the best quality products from professional China manufacturers. The quality is guaranteed. All products that arrive in our warehouse are inspected for perfect appearance and correct functionality.

Our packing staffs check again the product quality before wrapping it up. Also they will double confirm that the right accessories are included and that the electrical / socket adapters are correct for your country (base on shipping address).

If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact us and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.

Exceptions to Warranty
1. We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from us.

2. The user voids the warranty if s/he opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.

3. The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, and misuse.
